What kind of furniture do you sell?
We supply furniture designed specifically for childcare centres, preschools, kindergartens, and family day care services. Everything from our introduction range is made from high-quality 18mm birch plywood - built to be durable, safe, and suitable for everyday use.

Is everything from the Introduction Range flat-packed?
Yes. All items come flat-packed for easier transport and storage, with pre-drilled panels and clear assembly instructions included.

How do I place an order?
You can order from EYFO in two ways:
Introduction Range items: Browse our Introduction Range and place your order directly online for fast dispatch.
Catalogue (made-to-order) items: Request our full furniture catalogue and email your selected items to us at orders@eyfo.com.au. We’ll confirm pricing, lead times, and the next production cut-off before proceeding. Lead times apply to catalogue orders.

If you’re unsure what to choose, we can also assist with room-by-room layouts and tailored furniture recommendations before ordering.

Does introductory pricing apply to larger or centre-wide orders?
Centre-wide orders are quoted separately based on scope, quantities and layout, with cost advantages at higher volumes.

Do you offer assembly services?
Yes. Assembly support is available for our Introduction Range for Sydney-based centres (additional fee applies). For larger or whole-centre orders, assembly can be arranged Australia-wide.

Can I see the full range?
Yes, you can request our full catalogue - just fill out your details on our 'Full Catalogue' page.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse using trusted couriers.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on size, weight, and delivery location. Bulky items may attract a freight surcharge, which we’ll confirm with you before dispatch if required.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Yes, local pickup can be arranged by appointment.

What is your furniture made from?
Our Introduction Range is made from 18mm birch plywood, a strong, sustainable hardwood with a smooth, child-safe finish. Across our wider catalogue, we offer a considered range of materials selected to suit different applications, budgets and spaces. All finishes are durable, non-toxic and designed for easy cleaning.

Do you offer custom colours or finishes?
Yes. Custom finishes and alternate timbers are available for whole centre fit-outs or larger orders, subject to minimum quantities.

Childcare Use & Safety

Is your furniture safe for young children?
Yes. Every item is designed with young learners in mind. No sharp edges, low profiles for accessibility, and non-toxic finishes.

Is it suitable for commercial childcare use?
Absolutely. Our range is built specifically for childcare centres and early learning environments - durable, wipeable, and educator-friendly.

Returns & Issues

What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out whether that means a replacement, refund, or reshipment.

Can I return a product?
Yes. Returns are accepted on items from our Introduction Range if they are unused and unopened, within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
