Is everything flat-packed?

Yes. All items come flat-packed for easier transport and storage, with pre-drilled panels and clear assembly instructions included.

Do you offer assembly services?

We offer assembly for Sydney-based centres (additional fee applies). If you're outside Sydney, we can guide you or your fit-out team through the process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney warehouse using trusted couriers.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on size, weight, and delivery location. Bulky items may attract a freight surcharge, which we’ll confirm with you before dispatch if required.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

Yes, local pickup can be arranged by appointment.

All products are made from 18mm birch plywood — a strong, sustainable hardwood with a smooth, child-safe finish. We use a clear, non-toxic coating for durability and easy cleaning.

Can I request a timber sample?

Absolutely! We’ll send you a small birch panel sample. A small shipping fee applies.

Do you offer custom colours or finishes?

For whole centre fit-outs or large orders, we can explore alternate timbers such as Ash, Oak, Beech, Walnut, and more (minimums apply).

Returns & Issues

What if something arrives damaged or missing?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out — whether that means a replacement, refund, or reshipment.

Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items within 14 days. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
