Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of bulky items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please check measurements and product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.

Warranty

All products are backed by a 12-month structural warranty covering materials and workmanship under normal use in childcare environments.

Pre-Order & Deposit Policy

A 20% deposit is required to secure your pre-order. The remaining balance will be invoiced before dispatch.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable once your order has been confirmed, as stock is reserved and ordered specifically for you. If you choose not to complete your purchase, your deposit will be forfeited.

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply your order (e.g. shipment delays beyond 8 weeks or stock shortfall), we will refund your deposit in full.
